Building the capacity of journalists, bloggers, and influencers to report on climate change and advocate for resilient public policy.

Project Summary

This project, financed by the French Embassy in Cameroon, focuses on building the capacity of journalists, bloggers and influencers on environmental topics related to climate change and its impact on people's health.

It also aims at advocating for the implementation of public policies that promote resilience and reduce the vulnerability of populations.

A total of 5 journalists, 4 bloggers and 1 influencer in the Centre region were trained on social and environmental resilience. To this effect, articles on the effects of climate change and adaptation policies are being aired and will run for a period of 10 months.
