Ndi Nancy Saiboh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of  Actions for Development and Empowerment (ADE). She is  a social justice advocate with over nine years of experience in community outreach and organizing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Common Law and a Master’s degree in English Law from the University of Yaoundé II–Soa, Cameroon.

She represented Cameroon at the African Youth Congress on Anti-Corruption convened in December 2018 by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and previously served as the Coordinator of the Citizens Governance Initiative.
